PROJECT TITLE: Design and Printing Services WMG Educational Activity Booklets

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The State of Washington, Department of Health (hereafter referred to as “DOH”) is seeking qualified contractor(s) for Design and Print Services for the DOH Watch Me Grow Washington program.

BIDDER ELIGIBILITY: The Washington State Department of Health is seeking a qualified contractor able to perform the work described in this Competitive Solicitation, including delivery of at least 10,000 education activity booklets per month (for up to an estimated amount of 100,000 per year) as described in Attachment A.

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The period of performance of any contract(s) resulting from this RFP shall be approximately January 1, 2024 through June 30, 2024.

Amendments extending the period of performance, if any, shall be at the sole discretion of DOH.

AVAILABILITY OF DOCUMENTS: The RFP, along with any amendments and bid results will be available only through Washington’s Electronic Business Solution (WEBS). All interested Bidders must be registered with WEBS under the following commodity codes in order to receive automatic notifications:

PROPOSAL DUE DATE: Monday, December 4, 2023, by 2:00 p.m. local time in Olympia, WA.
