The purpose of this Request for Qualification and Quotes (RFQQ) is to solicit experienced bidders who are skilled in the development of the Levees Action Agenda Progress Indicators that will track progress of habitat restoration in Puget Sound. Levees are an integral component of estuarine and floodplain restoration. This contract will a) establish the Levees Action Agenda Progress Indicator (“Progress Indicator”) to track implementation of Action Agenda Strategy 5, the restoration of estuarine and floodplain habitats in Puget Sound, b) refine the spatial data needed to support the Progress Indicator, c) establish a process or develop a tool for periodic updates of the levee database by partners.
