Fiber to the premise project on the Spokane Indian Reservation

The SPOKANE TRIBE OF INDIANS is requesting proposals from responsive, responsible, and qualified firms for the project management of the fiber to the home project on the Spokane Indian Reservation.
The Spokane Tribe of Indians is utilizing state and federal funding to complete this project, this means the vendor will need to abide by the guidelines and limitations that are associated with the funding. Once a vendor is selected, they must carefully review the associated handbooks for more information about the funding limitations. Furthermore, the vendor will oversee the entire design and construction management for the fiber to the home project on the reservation and the middle mile fiber project that interconnects onto the reservation. In addition, the vendor and associated sub vendors will have to abide by the necessary TERO, County, State and Federal guidelines/laws for this project. Finally, the vendor must start the project on the Spokane Indian Reservation first, if the vendor or sub vendor cannot perform the fiber to the home and middle mile fiber connection projects simultaneously.
On behalf of the Spokane Tribe of Indians we hereby request proposals from vendor/vendors possessing the ability to perform the required tasks as described below.
