Qualified General Contractors are invited to submit sealed bids for the Alder House Renovation project, located in South Bend, Washington.  The Owner, Joint Pacific County Housing Authority will be accepting sealed bids until 3:00pm on December 14, 2023 at 820 11th Ave, Longview, WA 98632.  Bids will thereafter be publicly opened and read aloud. 

Project consists of renovations of the existing vacant assisted living facility into independent apartments with some reconfiguration of space. Renovations will include but are not limited to:  site work, windows, framing, painting, interior finishes, HVAC, lighting, electrical, and life-safety systems.

A Prebid conference is scheduled for 11:00 AM November 30, 2023 at 801 Alder Street, South Bend, Washington.  Attendance at Prebid meeting is mandatory for all Prime bidders.
