The Jefferson County Department of Public Works is seeking services from SCADA developers to design and install the SCADA system for the Port Hadlock Wastewater Project.  JCPW is soliciting Statements of Proposals (Proposals) from companies with experience in all areas of SCADA design for wastewater systems including:  development of computer interface screens (desktop and mobile devices), data acquisition, SQL database design, historian applications, alarming functions, and reporting features.
