Project Description:   The work includes, but is not limited to the following: remodel building #3 located at 2915 29th Ave SW in Tumwater to provide secure office and workspace for the Auditor's Office Voter Registration Services Center. This renovated area will provide about 7,500 square feet of office space which includes a public customer service counter. There is an additional 2,500 square feet designated for seasonal support during the actual election events. The project will include interior demolition, office construction with upgraded HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, security, etc.
