The Washington State Department of Corrections (DOC) is seeking proposals from Bidders to provide qualified handguns.  The Department estimates a transition of 1,750 handguns over a two consecutive fiscal year timeframe.  The transition would require the Bidder to accept the current Department handgun, Smith and Wesson M&P 9mm with three magazines, and have the Trade-In value be deducted against overall price of the proposed qualified handgun.
