Sealed bids are being accepted for the following bid packages listed below: PROJECT: Evergreen ES Renovation & Addition - Group 1 Bid Packages OWNER:                      Bethel School District – No. 403

Bids are due no later than the following times:

Wednesday December 20, 2023 @ 11:00 AM EES-01 – Electrical & Low Voltage

Sealed bids for these bid packages shall be delivered to:

Tacoma, WA 98421 (hand delivered or couriered)

Bid date may be postponed by addendum.

Bidders shall indicate bid package name + bidder’s name and return address on the envelope. Proposals received after the date and time stated above WILL NOT receive consideration and will be returned to the bidder unopened.

Bids must be received in accordance with the requirements set forth in the General and Special Provisions, which includes the requirement for a 5% bid bond for bids over $300,000.00 in value.
