SCOPE: Tenant improvements of two floors of King Street Center, totaling approximately 80,000 square feet, for the consolidation of King County Metro administrative offices. Scope of Work to include architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, low voltage and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.

Phase 1: Fourth floor construction as shown in Drawings. 
Notice to Proceed: King County anticipates the Notice to Proceed will occur no later than Jan 6, 2024. 
Start Date: Work of this phase shall commence by January 27, 2024.
Substantial Completion: Within 170 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. 
 
Phase 2: Fifth floor construction as shown in Drawings. Perform the remaining Work. 
Start Date: To be determined – based on the feasibility of overlap of work of Phase I. 
Substantial Completion: Within 150 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed for this phase.

Must comply with the State of Washington prevailing wage requirements.
Apprenticeship Requirement: 15%
SCS Requirement: 18%
Community Workforce Agreement (CWA)
Estimated Cost: $14.27M
Duration: 340 Calendar Days
