State Interagency-Tribal Cooperative Recreation Impacts Management Effort – Facilitation and Intermediary Services
PURPOSE: State Parks is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide facilitation, coordination, and intermediary services. It is expected that the consultant selected through this RFQ solicitation will prepare a detailed scope of work describing the specific services and deliverables to be provided during the initial period of performance.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The consultant will provide facilitation and intermediary services for the state-tribal initiative, crafting a detailed scope of work for an initial 16-month period. Responsibilities encompass steering committee facilitation, tribal advisory support, meeting coordination, information management, intermediary functions, document preparation, relationship building, and logistical support. Experience working effectively with federally recognized Tribes possessing treaty rights or other protected tribal rights in Washington, as well as related intertribal organizations, is essential for the consultant.
BIDDER ELIGIBILITY: This procurement is open to those Bidders that satisfy the minimum qualifications stated herein and that are available for work in Washington State.
