The vendor shall provide a heavy duty, rugged, commercial application aluminum vessel (with standard features and all additional features/equipment listed below) capable of safely operating in small craft advisory (18-33 knots) sea states for up to 10 hours, and capable of operating in gale wind (34 - 47 knots) sea states on rare occasions. The vendor shall specify the unit price of this vessel. Operating environments will range from inland waters of Puget Sound to coastal environments such as Willapa Bay, Grays Harbor, the Strait of Juan de Fuca, and large open bodies of water such as San Juan Islands and the Strait of Georgia. Additionally, the Bidder shall include the equipment listed below and specify unit price and plans for satisfying each piece of equipment listed. If the specific item is not available, please provide an available alternative and its unit price. The Bidder must be certified to install and warranty installation on all components and equipment listed below. The proposed vessel must meet or exceed the most current American Boat and Yacht Council standards and manufactured/equipped to meet all applicable Washington State and Federal requirements for vessels of this type and size.
