The purpose of this solicitation is to enable the Commission to procure services from an organization to certify the Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission’s (WSCJTC) 720 hours of Basic Law Enforcement Academy (BLEA) training curricula. The contractor should have the experience and knowledge to utilize a nationally recognized audit, evaluation, and validation standard to meet the minimum standards for police basic training.
