Request for Qualifications

Water System Design Services Required for Projects No. 2020-403 and No. 2023-425 for Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) at the Western State Hospital (WSH), 9601 Steilacoom Blvd. SW, Lakewood, WA 98498.

Informational Meetings: There is an informational meeting (via Teams) scheduled for January 25, 2024 at 10:00 AM PST. Please see the RFQ for additional information.

Refer to the DES website for amendments to the published public notice and/or RFQ. It is the responsibility of the interested firms to track and obtain amendments.

To qualify for review, submittals are required to be uploaded to, and date/time stamped by FPS (BOX) prior to 2:00 PM PST on February 2, 2024.
