Amendment:

1.8 Definitions

 

Tribal government: The governing body of any Indian or Laska Native tribe, band, nation, pueblo, village, or community that the Secretary of the Interior acknowledges to exist as an Indian tribe under the Federally Recognized Indian Tribe Act of 1994 (25 U.S.C. 479a et seq.)

 

Tribal-led community based organizaton: A legally established non-profit organization contgrolled or led by a federally recognized tribal government.

2.4 PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE

 Pre-proposal conferences will be held Tuesday, February 6, 2024 February 13, 2024 at 10:00 AM and Tuesday, February 13, February 20, 2024 at 3:00 PM Pacific time. The pre-proposal conferences will be virtual only, on Zoom or Microsoft Teams. The links to the meetings are provided below:

 

All prospective Proposers are encouraged attend; however, attendance is not mandatory.

  • Tribal governments or Tribal-led community based organizations who are interested in attending the pre-proposal conference please register by sending the names and contact of individuals who will be attending to the RFP coordinator no later than February 18, 2024 at 5:00 PM Pacific time.

 

COMMERCE will be bound only to COMMERCE written answers to questions. Questions arising at the pre-proposal conference will be documented and answered in written form. A copy of the questions

and answers will be sent to each prospective Proposer that has requested the RFP Coordinator to send them RFP addenda.
