Project Description:   The Innovation Lab High School Phase 3 project’s interior improvements include new casework in each of three (3) classrooms and minor electrical work. Exterior improvements include repair of existing exterior E.I.F.S facades, and removal of sealant around windows, storefront, fixtures, and doors. New sealant and associated work of areas mentioned, and areas noted on the drawings. New exterior coating over all facades. Compressor replacement on a rooftop unit.
