This project will upgrade the sidewalks, stairs, handrails, plaza area and drainage throughout the Columbia Apartment Complex on the Pullman Campus.

Bid Estimate: $450,000-$500.000
Alternate #1- Provide New 6’ Concrete Sidewalk Along SE Forest Way.
Bid Deadline: March 26, 2024, prior to 2:00 p.m., virtual bid opening at 2:30 p.m.
In-Person Pre-bid Meeting: March 12, 2024, 10am, McCluskey Services Building Room 190D
