Snohomish County is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide the Snohomish County Jail (hereinafter referred to as “The Jail” or “Jail) a full range of automated commissary services with offsite bagging operation for the inmates, an ordering app integrated with the County’s Incarcerated Persons Communication Services, as well as an inmate fund accounting system configurable to the Jail’s needs.

The County seeks to benefit from proposers’ expertise and knowledge of the marketplace by providing sufficient information on current functionality and anticipated future needs to allow proposers to offer solutions, based on their expertise, that will meet the County’s future needs.

The project is anticipated to begin on January 1, 2025.
