Culinary Arts walk-in freezer/cooler

It is a MANDATORY REQUIREMENT for All companies wishing to participate and for their proposals to be accepted to attend a Mandatory Project Walk Through scheduled on June 12th, 2024 @ 1 PM PST with staff from culinary arts program.

The walk-through will take place at the Spokane Community College campus, building 1, R120, culinary arts kitchen lab. The purpose of this Project walk-through is to allow each proposer to perform whatever evaluation of the existing Project site conditions and condition of the existing Culinary Arts walk-in freezer/cooler system the proposer requires, to enable them to submit a proposal to perform all mandatory work and “as-needed” work, described above. Submittal of a proposal shall serve as the proposer’s acknowledgement of having been given an opportunity to conduct an inspection of Culinary Arts walk-in freezer/cooler equipment sufficient to submit a binding proposal in response to this RFP A copy of the bid can be found in WEBS (wa.gov)
