Engineering Services – Water Treatment Plant

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Thurston PUD is requesting proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide engineering design, construction management, and other engineering services concerning the Tanglewilde Thompson Place 600 water system’s Water Treatment Plant Project. The Project generally consists of design and construction plans and specifications to construct a municipal water treatment plant capable of removing PFAS substances from three groundwater wells with a combined flowrate of 960 gpm.

Interested parties may obtain a copy of the Request for Proposals by requesting it from the District’s Engineer, Doug Piehl at doug.piehl@thurstonpud.org. Site visits may be arranged by contacting the District’s engineer.

Proposals will be submitted by email and must be received by 3:00 p.m., Thursday, June 13, 2024.

All applicants must have a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number submitted with proposal. The District is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer. Small, Minority- and Women-Owned Businesses are encouraged to submit proposals.

This project is funded through the Washington State Drinking Water State Revolving Fund program with federal funds from the Environmental Protection Agency.
