Apollo Mechanical is issuing public notice for an invitation to bid for Concourse C Expansion work for the SeaTac Concourse C Expansion Project, utilizing the Subcontractor bidding process in accordance with RCW 39.10.380. 

Estimated bid package value is: $2,300,000

Apollo Mechanical requests proposals for Insulation sub tiers: 
 
Domestic Water Pipe Insulation 
HVAC Hydronic Pipe Insulation 
HVAC Ductwork Insulation 
Penetration Fire Safing  
Acoustic Caulking 
 
Submittal Deadline: Monday June 17th 2024 @ 2:00pm PST 

Award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder. Apollo Mechanical reserves the right to 
reject any or all bids, and to waive any irregularities. Bid opening will be held via Teams 
Meeting on Tuesday May 28th @ 2pm PST. Please provide a contact email with bid submission 
to be invited to the bid opening.
