The City of Redmond (Redmond or the City) is soliciting interest from consulting firms under this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for final design services for the Wastewater Lift Station Equipment Upgrades Phase II project. The successful consultant/team will prepare design report, permits, plans, specifications, and estimates. 

The City desires to replace the obsolete pumps that are beginning to fail at four lift stations (Stations 17, 51, 52, and 53). The equipment replacement will be completed within the footprint of each lift station. No property acquisition or new easements are needed. Preliminary design and pump selection has already been completed for Lift Stations 52 and 53.
