This project shall consist of: Site work, street and sidewalk improvements, and construction of multiple buildings for the City of Federal Way's new Joint Operations Maintenance Facility at their current and expanded Steel Lake site, 31130 28th Avenue South, Federal Way, WA. The project consit of several independent structures including an Operations Building containing office, meeting spaces, locker rooms and staff support spaces; and a Fleet Maintenance and Shops buidling containing workshops, vehicle wash bay and departmental shops and storage spaces. Other features include, pre-engineered buildings (PEB) for vehicles, equipment, materials and bulk storage for City Public Works and Parkd Departments, site improvements, paved drives and parking areas for visitors, staff and City fleet use.
