Request for Qualifications

Consultant Services Required for Project No. 2024-448: Clean Building’s Performance Standards (CBPS): SW-Building Energy Submeter Installation for the Department of Social & Health Services (DSHS) facilities across the state.

Informational Meetings: There is an informational meeting (via Teams) scheduled for July 8, 2024 at 10:00 AM PT. Please see the RFQ for additional information.

Refer to the DES website for amendments to the published public notice and/or RFQ. It is the responsibility of the interested firms to track and obtain amendments.

To qualify for review, submittals are required to be uploaded to, and date/time stamped by FPS (Bonfire) prior to 2:00 PM PT on July 22, 2024.
