King County Metro is embarking on a facility upgrade project at its Atlantic Base consisting of the Transit Control Building. The project will replace equipment at the end of its useful life and reduce King County Metro’s carbon footprint.

The project is being implemented using the ESCO procurement vehicle and is in part federally funded (FTA)

The project goals include meeting the County’s targets on sustainability, equity and social justice.

You are invited to submit your proposal and lump sum price proposal to provide materials, labor, tools, rentals, supervision and other services required to accomplish the scope of work for the following project.
