Construction of parking lot improvements, including but not limited to pavement removal, tree protection, subgrade restoration, paving parking lot with HMA, cement conc. sidewalk and pavement for ADA stalls, stormwater conveyance improvements, channelization, and other work necessary to complete the project.  Engineer’s Estimate for this work is $700,000 to $850,000.
