This project reconstructs 2 miles of County Road near Walla Walla , WA. Potential DBE scopes of work include excavation and grading, drainage, aggregate supply and hauling, chip sealing, seeding and erosion control, pavement marking and signing, traffic control, guardrail and surveying.
