Project Description: Replacing the existing 36-inch and 18-inch diameter concrete culverts with an 18-foot minimum hydraulic opening, contractor designed buried structure. The Work includes a temporary stream diversion system, erosion control, dewatering, clearing grubbing, tree removal, guardrail removal, structure and channel excavation, construction of a temporary traffic bypass, temporary illumination system, temporary shoring, temporary drainage, removing existing culverts, installation of one contractor designed buried structure, concrete topping, traffic barrier, bridge railing, backfilling, grading, crushed surfacing base course, planing and paving with HMA, drainage, pavement marking, signing, guardrail, guardrail anchor, guardrail terminals, stream bed restoration, seed, fertilizer, mulch, planting, traffic control, and other work. Involves 75 working days and 86 items. Work class 1 or 6.

Subcontractor/Supplier Opportunities Include (but are not limited to): clearing & grubbing, erosion control, supply and/or install of large woody debris, HMA paving, striping, survey, permanent signage, traffic barriers, bridge railing, illumination, guardrail, landscaping, fencing, material hauling, and rebar supply & installation. As well as the supply of ready-mix concrete, pipe/utilities/precast structures, aggregate supply, and material disposal.

JCC encourages bids from all subcontractors and suppliers including Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE’s), for any item of work, or portion of an item, or combination thereof related to this project.
