In accordance with the Water Quality Joint Development Act, Chapter 70A.140 RCW, the LOTT Clean Water Alliance selected general contractors to submit Proposals to upgrade aging digester system equipment and make modifications to improve the operability of the system at the Budd Inlet Treatment Plant.  The project will involve complex construction adjacent to active digesters with phased digester startups. Only Proposals from the selected general contractors will be considered. Subcontractors, suppliers, and other interested parties are invited to view the project documents and submit quotes to the selected general contractors - Prospect Construction, Inc., and Stellar J Corporation - that have indicated interest in submitting a Proposal.

The Request for Proposals, including Drawings and Specifications, is posted online at https://mrscrosters.bonfirehub.com/opportunities/145834.  Interested parties must register on the online bidding portal for free-of-charge access to download documents and to be notified of addenda.  The Engineer's Estimate is $30,000,000 - $38,300,000.  Site visits will be held on July 25, August 1, and August 8, 2024, at 9 a.m. at the Regional Services Center at 500 Adams Street NE.
