Request for Qualifications: RFQ 325-374 Dry Falls VC Contract Documents

Project Description: The purpose of this professional services Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to select a consultant team to progress an existing, approved Design Development set of documents for the building renovation (drawings and specifications) into a complete set of Contract Documents suitable for competitive bidding, consisting of drawings, specifications and other documents necessary to describe the approved work. The successful consultant will also obtain all required building permits.

Expected Time Period for Contract: The period of performance of any contract(s) resulting from this RFQ is to be determined.

Availability of Documents: This RFQ, including any amendments and bid results, will be available through WEBS Bid Opportunities, which is Washington State's Electronic Business Solution. Interested parties are responsible for registering properly in the WEBS system and downloading the solicitation document and all appendices and incorporated documents related to this solicitation. Copies of this solicitation are also available through https://parks.wa.gov/about/contact-us/contracting-opportunities/state-purchasing and may be used at the party's discretion. Notification of any RFQ addenda, amendments or questions and answers will only be provided to vendors who have registered with WEBS and have downloaded the solicitation from WEBS. Failure to do so may result in an interested party having incomplete, inaccurate, or otherwise inadequate information.
