Project Description: The project consists of the construction of a new, approximately 47,300 SF building immediately West of the airport inbound drive. The two-story building (approx. 23,600 SF administrative office (level 2), over 23,700 SF structured parking and first floor building areas) will be framed primarily out of steel and concrete. The façade to be a combination of metal composite panels, perforated metal panel screen (at garage level), aluminum storefront and standing seam metal roofing. Bid docs ready to bid in Spring 2024, construction is expected to start Fall of 2024 and be substantially complete by Q4, 2025.
