Kitsap Public Utility District is seeking sealed bid proposals for the Sullivan Reservoir Demolition Project. Bids are being asked for provision of all necessary labor, equipment, materials, and appurtenances required for demolition and removal of the abandoned concrete reservoir located at the end of Sullivan Road on Bainbridge Island. This reservoir is located within a Category IV wetland buffer, and a non-fish-bearing stream (Type Ns) buffer. Once demolished, the disturbed area must be restored in accordance with the restoration plan, and other work as detailed in the plans and specifications.
