The contractor shall be responsible for all labor, materials, and equipment required for the recommended repairs/parts or replacements for fourteen (14) Chillers. All repairs are expected to, and shall be done in a manner to, not interrupt or disrupt the mechanical plant operations. The repairs shall be based on the recommended maintenance schedule or by service recommendations from the existing monthly Service Maintenance Contractor for the various pieces of equipment, outlined in the Carrier, York, and Trane Maintenance Manuals. More Information
