Building Plan Review Support Services

The City of Sammamish Department of Community Development is soliciting interest from firms to provide building plan review support services.

Expected items of work will likely include:

1. Review plans prepared by or on behalf of an application for compliance with Washington State building codes and City amendments
2. Approve plans and forward them to the City for review and permit issuance
3. Provide review comments and correction letters when needed
4. Structural review
5. Architectural review
6. Energy review
7. Barrier-free accessibility review
8. Mechanical review
9. Plumbing review
10. FEMA Floodplain review, Lake Sammamish shoreline, as applicable
11. Building Official services as related to building permit plan review
12. Provide guidance and review of building code updates
