The City of Sammamish Department of Community Development is soliciting interest from firms to provide electrical inspection and electrical plan review support services.

This work will likely include:

1. Inspection for compliance with conditions of approval and applicable electrical code requirements
2. Electrical inspection for the following development and use types:
   1. Non-residential construction
   2. One- and Two-Family construction
   3. Multi-Family and Mixed-Use construction
   4. Design, means, and methods of dispute resolution as related to plan review and inspection

3. Plan review of residential photovoltaic systems and non-residential electrical systems.
