The City of Sammamish Department of Community Development is soliciting interest from firms to provide public notice sign board support services.

This work will likely include:

1. Assisting the City of Sammamish Community Development Department in the design of an updated 4’x4’ single-sided, waterproof two post wrapped or waterproof sticker printed land use notice board and board layout template based on the City’s requirements pursuant to the SMC 21.09.010(H)(6) and City staff instruction. 
2. Installing the land use notice board(s) by the firm using the approved layout and content at the site of a proposed land use action or development permit on the date specified by the City, including the location of potential underground utility conflicts. 
3. Updating the land use notice board(s) with project notifications provided by the City on the date specified by the City. Updates will be printed on waterproof material using the approved template and posted to the sign by the sign company. 
4. Completing an affidavit verifying signposting and updating. 
5. Maintaining of notice boards as requested by the City should they become damaged. 
6. Removing the land use notice board(s) on the date specified by the City. 
7. Obtaining written approval from the City before any change of date for installation, updates, or removal of notice boards. 
8. Providing a list of factors that determine when a new board is needed versus an update to an existing sign board.
