GC/CM firms are invited to submit their qualifications for the development and construction of the Spokane Falls Community College Lodge Building Renovation. Proposers shall become familiar with the requirements of the Request for Qualifications and all the Articles and Attachments included therein.
An estimated Maximum Allowable Construction Cost (MACC) has been established as $7,700,000.
PROJECT SCOPE
Renovation of the existing Lodge building will enable college leadership to occupy the campus, returning from offsite leased space. The Lodge building will house college leadership offices and meeting spaces to increase collaboration with students, staff, and faculty. The project is 100 percent locally funded.
The Lodge building will also serve as a visible representation of the college commitment to high-performance sustainable design and construction and nurture a stronger connection between its occupants and the natural campus environment.
INFORMATIONAL MEETING AND SITE TOUR
A non-mandatory project informational meeting and site walk is scheduled for Thursday, September 12 at 10:00 AM PT at the Lodge Building, Spokane Falls Community College, 3410 Whistalks Way, Spokane, WA 99224. Please see the RFQ/RFP for additional information.

To qualify for review, submittals are required to be electronically submitted to FPS prior to September 19, 2024, before 2:00 PM PT.
Prevailing Wages apply for Spokane County, and apprenticeship participation is required on this project.
