Crown Corr Inc. is issuing public notice for an invitation to bid for Concourse C Expansion  
work for the SeaTac Concourse C Expansion Project, utilizing the Subcontractor bidding process  
in accordance with RCW 39.10.380. All qualified vendors are invited to bid on the following 
scopes of work: 
 
072300 & 078413  Thermal Insulation and Firestopping: Estimated value is $50,000.00 
079200 Perimeter Sealants: Estimated value is $130,000.00 
 
  
Official Bid Deadline: 09/30/24 @ 2:00PM PST  
  
Award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder. Crown Corr reserves the right to  
reject any or all bids, and to waive any irregularities. Bid openings will be held via Teams  
Meeting.  Please provide a contact email with bid submission to be invited to the bid opening.  
  
Further information can be found within the bid package, which will include, but is not limited  
to, approximate scope drawings, specifications, bid form and scope narratives. Additional 
information will include a list of required qualifications and insurance requirements.
