68B-2024 Bloedel Donovan Rowing Dock Alternatives Analysis

The City of Bellingham (City) is seeking Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to provide engineering services to the Parks and Recreation Department for the Bloedel Donovan Rowing Dock Alternatives Analysis Study project.

The rowing dock at Bloedel Donovan Park serves public, recreational, non-motorized small vessels. The dock is located on Lake Whatcom between the Bloedel Donovan beach and Electric Avenue Bridge. The city desires to hire a consultant to develop alternatives and estimates for replacement.

All respondents are requested to review this request carefully and to submit any questions concerning this RFQ, the City’s requirements or its evaluation process to Purchasing Office via the City’s procurement portal at https://cob.procureware.com. Questions may also be addressed to the Purchasing Office at Bids@cob.org or by calling 360-778-7750.

The Purchasing Office, located at 210 Lottie St., Bellingham WA 98225 must receive sealed proposals no later than 11:00 AM on September 25, 2024.

 

The City reserves the right to postpone making the award for a reasonable length of time, to reject all proposals or parts of proposals as may be in the best interest of the City.
