LEFFLER FIELD (BROWNFIELD) INTEGRATED PLANNING PROJECT

Manson Park and Recreation District is seeking a consultant to complete the final phase of a brownfield integrated planning project. This project, located at Leffler Field in Manson, WA, has been funded by the Washington State Department of Ecology’s Toxics Cleanup Program (TCP). Anticipated scope of work includes but is not limited to: review of existing site investigation and planning documents; creation of a workplan to address Ecology’s comments for additional site investigation; identification of feasible options for site development based on outcome of planning activities. Deliverables of critical elements must be congruent with Ecology’s TCP Integrated Planning Grant requirements.
