Public notice is hereby given that the City of Kirkland has issued the above-mentioned Request for Qualifications (RFQ). This RFQ is to solicit qualifications from law firms or individual attorneys interested in providing conflict public defender services on a contractual basis. The Conflict Public Defender will provide legal representation for all indigent defendants charged with misdemeanor or gross misdemeanor crimes in the City of Kirkland Municipal Court.
