Invitation to Bid
OWNER: Sp’q’n’i? Broadband Services.
PROJECT: Fiber to the premise project near the Spokane Indian Reservation.
INVITATION TO BID DATE: September 25, 2024.
BID DUE DATE: October 30, 2024, 4:30 p.m. PST.
PRE-BID MEETING: October 21, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. In Office and Online. Details will be individually sent to bidders.
BID OPENING DATE: Bids will be opened by Spokane Tribe of Indians staff. The bids will be opened November 15, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at the Spokane Tribal Administration Building (6195 Ford-Wellpinit Road).
Sealed bids are being requested for project management, which includes design and construction of the fiber to the premise project for Sp’q’n’i? Broadband Services near the Spokane Indian Reservation.
All work performed on this project will be subject to the higher of the prevailing state or federal wage rates (if applicable due to other federal funds in the project).
Sp’q’n’i? Broadband Services is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer. : This project is (funded/partially funded), by federal award number SLRFP0002 (ARPA SLFRF) or CPFFN0145 (ARPA Capital) awarded to Washington State Broadband Office by the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Contractors must be licensed, bonded and insured in Washington State. Contractors are encouraged to commit to local hires for this project. Small, Minority- and Women-owned firms are encouraged to submit bids. Bids are required to include a five percent (5%) bid guarantee in the form of a cashier’s check, money order, or surety bond.
