Request for Qualifications

Design Services Required for Project No. 2025-087: SCC Main Building East Wing Renovation for Community Colleges of Spokane, main campus 1810 N Greene Street, Spokane, WA 99217.

Informational Meetings: There is an in-person informational meeting scheduled for October 24, 2024, at 11:00 AM PT. Please see the RFQ for additional information.

Refer to the DES website for amendments to the published public notice and/or RFQ. It is the responsibility of the interested firms to track and obtain amendments.

If a firm does not have access to the internet, a copy of the information will be mailed after emailing Ryan Grimes at ryan.grimes@des.wa.gov or calling 360.819.6937.

To qualify for review, submittals are required to be uploaded to, and date/time stamped by FPS (Bonfire) prior to 2:00 PM PT on November 14, 2024.
