Project Description: 

The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following:
1. Roof Repairs: Repair portion of the existing roof system, including mechanical HVAC ducting and fire sprinkler line damage, and associated exterior work damage caused by tree damage and temporary weatherization mitigation work to protect the building until permanent repairs are completed.
2. HVAC Equipment Replacement: Remove existing HVAC equipment and replace with new HVAC equipment throughout the entire building. In general, this scope of work is not associated with the roof damage caused by a fallen tree damage. The owner is electing to do this work before this building is fully occupied by the date of substantial completion.
3. Interior Improvements: Repair of interior finish systems damaged by water due to a severed attic fire sprinkler line, and incorporate additional owner directed interior improvements prior to owner fully occupying this building by the date of substantial completion.
4. The owner intends to occupy a portion(s) of the conference/classroom/office areas on the western portion of main floor noted on the drawings as "Level 1", and the conference/classroom on the daylight basement floor noted on the drawings as "Lower Level" throughout the duration of construction.
   a. Provide temporary, controlled heating system throughout the building until the replacement HVAC equipment and associated items connected to this system is completed and fully operational.
   b. Owner requests access to "Level 2" on or before March 1, 2025 after the roof repairs, attic HVAC ducting and sprinkler line repairs, and restoration work to Office 202, Conference 201 and Corridor 202 is completed.
