The Work to be performed under this contract includes, but is not limited to, providing all labor, materials, equipment, and permits for the quarterly inspection and cleaning of each of the HVAC units provided in Exhibit A of this ITB. Additionally, the Port intends to utilize this contract for the purposes of any on call HVAC needs that may arise at any Port of Olympia location.
