PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Demolish Existing 2-Story Building and surface parking to redevelop the entire site to accommodate two projects in a partnership between Mercy Housing Northwest and Mary’s Place. Mercy Housing Northwest is developing a new 4-story multi-family building (plus basement) containing 91 units. Tenant common areas and offices will be provided at Level 1.
PROJECT SCHEDULE: Start Project Construction: March 2025. Construction duration is expected to be approximately – 17 months.
WMBE / SECTION 3: WCC actively encourages participation of Women and Minority Business Enterprises (WMBEs) as well as Section 3 Firms on this project. WMBE and Section 3 subcontractors are strongly encouraged to submit bids.
PREVAILING WAGES: Please note: this project is subject to Davis Bacon Residential Prevailing Wage Rates (see Wage Rate Decision Dated 10/25/24, Mod 3) posted in Builder’s Exchange).
