Washington Health Benefit Exchange (hereafter called WAHBE) seeks to establish a limited pool of qualified Vendors to draw from when a need for specialized IT, Project Management, and similar service to support WAHBE projects and systems, or systems or projects WAHBE participates in as part of the Health and Human Services Governance Group. Vendors may be called upon to conduct projects independently or in conjunction with WAHBE staff and stakeholders. Projects typically span six months to one year.

WAHBE issues this RFQQ under the authority under chapter 43.71 RCW, which established the WAHBE Board and WAHBE.
