- PROJECT INFORMATION
- Project Description: Project consists of all work in the construction documents titled “Tulalip Townhomes” dated November 15, 2024. The project includes, but is not limited to the following: general, civil, plumbing, mechanical, electrical construction.

- Notice to Bidders: Qualified bidders are invited to submit bids for Project as described in this Document according to the Instructions to Bidders.
- BID SUBMITTAL AND OPENING
- Owner will receive sealed bids until the bid time and date at the location indicated below. Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instructions to Bidders issued by Owner, and delivered as follows:
- Bid Date: January 14, 2025
- Location: 6406 Marine Drive, Tulalip, Washington
- Until: 3:00 PM, local time
- At which time submitted Sealed Bid Proposals will be recorded as to Time and Date received.
- Included with the Sealed Bid Proposal submittal, the Contractor shall provide the following additional information:
- BID FORM
- Bid Guarantee (AIA A310)
- Unit Price Form
- Alternate Bid Items Form
- Statutory Subcontractor Listing Form
- General Contractor’s Qualification Statement (AIA A305)
- Supplemental Bidder Responsibility Criteria Questionnaire
- Bids will thereafter be publicly opened and read aloud, beginning at 3:01PM local time. The bid opening can be attended in person, at the address above, or virtually with the Zoom link as follows: ___________________________________.
- It is the sole responsibility of the bidders to deliver bid proposal and associated required documents by the date and time, and in the manner indicated. Late proposals and associated documents will not be considered and will be returned to the bidder un-opened.
- Owner will receive sealed bids until the bid time and date at the location indicated below. Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instructions to Bidders issued by Owner, and delivered as follows:
- BID SECURITY
- Each proposal must be submitted on the prescribed forms and accompanied by a cashier’s check, certified check or bid bond executed on the prescribed form, payable to Tulalip Tribes of Washington in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of bid. No bidder may withdraw or modify their bid after the hour set for opening thereof, unless contract award is delayed for a period exceeding 90 days.
- TIME FOR COMPLETION
- All Work in this Contract shall be substantially complete within 365 consecutive calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. Extensions may be granted due to conditions beyond the control of the Contractor or his Subcontractors. Validity of such conditions shall be determined solely by the Architect. The Owner intends to issue A Notice to Proceed (“NTP”) with construction on or about April 1, 2025.
- PREBID OPEN FORUM
- Prebid Conference: A prebid open forum is scheduled for December 10, 2024 from 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM. Refer to section 002513 “Prebid Open Forum” for more information.
- Prebid Open Forum: Attendance is optional for prime and sub-bidders.

- Printed Procurement and Contracting Documents: Obtain after November 20, 2024, by contacting Abadan Spokane (509) 747-2964. Only complete sets of documents will be issued. Printing and shipping will be at the bidder’s expense.
