The City of Duvall is seeking interest and qualifications from experienced vendors to assist in upgrading our existing Automated Meter Reading (AMR) system to a fully centralized Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) network platform. The selected vendor will be responsible for system design, implementation, and ongoing support. Upon implementation, the City will consider an on-call style contract with a two (2) year term, and the ability to renew the contract for an additional one (1) year.

Proposals will be accepted until 3:00 PM PST on Tuesday, February 4, 2025.
Please direct any questions concerning this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to the Project Manager listed in the RFQ and shown below. Proposing firms may submit written questions by email only to the Project Manager at any time prior to the question deadline on Wednesday, January 29, 2025. Any oral communications will be considered unofficial and non-binding on the City. Consultants are expected to visit the City’s website for addenda and responses to questions.
The City reserves the right to amend the terms of this RFQ, to circulate various addenda, or to withdraw the RFQ at any time, regardless of how much time and effort consultants have spent on their responses.
