Full modernization of one existing borehole (in-ground) hydraulic passenger elevator at Raitt Hall, in accordance with the contract documents.  Addition of a split-system heat pump for conditioning the existing elevator machine room.  Electrical upgrades to bring the elevator power and lighting up to current code. Hazardous Material remediation, and updates to finishes. Revisions to the fire alarm system to provide the elevator with code-compliant fire recall functionality.  Replacement of the existing pit access ladder.  Miscellaneous cutting, patching and painting related to the scope of work described above.

Pre-Bid Site Meeting: The Project site is available for inspection by prospective bidders at a pre-bid site meeting and walk-through at 11:00 A.M. on January 22, 2025 at 1901 Chelan Ln, Seattle, WA 98195 at the SW entrance of the building in the courtyard between Raitt Hall and Savery Hall. Access to the project site is restricted. This will be the only opportunity for bidders to visit the Project site.
