Request for Qualifications - E. Nob Hill Blvd & Fair Ave CE Services #2143
The City of Yakima is inviting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms interested in providing professional construction management, observation and administration services for the following STPUS funded project: E. Nob Hill Blvd. & Fair Avenue Intersection Improvements. Improvements include milling and overlaying the existing roadway, widening Nob Hill Blvd., constructing sidewalk and ADA curb ramps, stormwater and water improvements, and installing a new traffic signal. These improvements are intended to begin construction in spring of 2025.
SOQs shall be limited to ten (10) pages and shall include the following information: key personnel; firm experience with construction management; familiarity with the City of Yakima and/or other similar municipalities; familiarity with state and federal funded projects; and past performance/references. Statement of Qualifications will be evaluated on a competitive basis using the above criteria. The City will score the received Statement of Qualifications and will conduct interviews.
SOQs shall be received by 10:00 a.m., February 11th, 2025, by email to Dana Kallevig, City of Yakima Capital Improvement Program Engineer at Engineering@yakimawa.gov. Questions regarding the RFQ should be directed to Dana Kallevig by email or at (509) 249-6813.
